Cancelling Orders
You may cancel an order with us within 24hrs of placing your order. To cancel

Returns
Within 28 days of receipt of your watch you can return it to us in its original
condition, packaging and unworn for a refund or we can provide you with an
alternative if required (with a refund or charge if there is any
difference in price). All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
Faulty Products
Your LIP watch comes with a 2 year warranty. If your watch is faulty please
contact our Customer Services team and they will advise you regarding sending
your watch back for repair or replacement. Please contact them on +44

For a faulty product Vavawatch.com will refund you the cost of postage.
For your own protection and peace of mind we strongly recommend you use a
secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal
